[net.micro.mac] ms fortran stuff

I am sending this as postnews as mail could not reach 'inhp4' on the net:

LIST MANAGER CALLS and MS FOrtran:

I have not been able to get the LIST manager calls to work as they are PACK0
calls with 6-8 arguments.  Has anyone gotten them to work???   If so, could
they post the 'LIST.INC' file necessary to use them from fortran.
