[net.micro.mac] Microsoft Filer data formats.

I want to write an application that accesses MS-Filer records in pascal (TML).
I need to be able to search through the records, extract records, add records, and
edit existing records.  To do all this I need to be able to read in the records.
Does anyone know how to go about doing this?  What format are they stored in?
