[net.micro.mac] xbin 2.3 posted to net.sources.mac

I have posted the latest version of xbin that I know about -- 2.3 -- to
net.sources.mac .   Please note that if you are using an earlier version,
it is high time that you upgraded -- the old version won't xbin some
files properly.

For those of you who aren't familiar with it, xbin converts BinHex format
files to a format suitable for downloading with macput...
