[net.micro.mac] Who owns a Mac???

I am considering writing educational software on the Mac for children
in first through fifth grade.  I was wondering how big this market is.
Do many elementary schools use Macs, or do they all use AppleII computers?
Do many parents of elementary school children have Macs in their homes?
If you do not know the answers to these questions, do you know where I 
could go to find the answers??
