Has anyone completed Deje Vu, the Nightmare Continues, the graphics text adventure mystery game from Mindscape? Could you help me get started? I have been stalled for months! I can't get any further than waking up in a toilet stall, grabbing a gun and a raincoat (with a wallet in the pocket) walking upstairs in an office and not finding much except a key; then going down to the bar room, finding nothing there; going in a wine cellar, revealing a secret passageway by moving a wine bottle; but once out in the street I either get shot by a prostitute or a mugger, and the key doesn't fit anything, not even the car. Could someone get me started? I haven't the patience to continue without some hints. I love the way the game looks, and the interface, I just wish they had a hint book or something. Solutions forthcoming??? P.S. Sorry about the previous empty listing. Happens to the best of us...

You don't appear to have searched the premises very carefully. In most adventures you can't leave any stone unturned (the phrase isn't a hint). Also try giving the mugger what he wants, read the newspaper, go UP the fire escape, etc.
