Like the subject line says. The LaserWriter file was from a dealer and had been used for quite some time with no problems. Excel had no problems printing worksheets. That is>if you are using a particular version of LaserWriter you can NOT start using another version without rebooting the LaserWriter and loading in the new LaserWriter File. Yes it is documented but is hidden more than necessary. In short you can not have different people working with different versions of the LaserWriter Files compatibly. Good Luck. J. Ty Dibble jtyd
