I sure have been enjoying the responses/discussion generated by my request for a few hints for DejeVu. It is a great game. I am really into it now - thanks, everyone, for the help. I think this subject is a lot more fun and interesting than most the things on net.micro.mac. This news group can be much more informative and entertaining if people make it so. Maybe more entertainment aspects of the Mac will start appearing. I remember when I did the Zork trilogy I was stuck for weeks, dying in the balloon as it floated above the volcano until I figured out the affect oxygen has on flames. Anyhow, I kind of longed for help then, but was proud of myself for figuring it out myself. In fact, completing the Zork trilogy was one of the most entertaining fantasy experiences I have had since reading the Lord of the Rings trilogy as a teenager. Maybe some discussion of The Ancient Art Of War would prove provocative. Who knows, maybe a net.micro.mac.games might evolve...
