I would like to modify the LaserWriter software's printing resources to handle 11 x 17 inch paper. I know the LaserWriter itself cannot handle this size of paper, but I want to be able to use the LaserWriter driver to generate a PostScript file of an 11 x 17 picture. I successfully modified the Imagewriter's resources using the procedure described on page 58 of the January 1986 MacWorld, but can't find a similar format in the LaserWriter's resources.
