=================================================== What is the real story on power supplies and the MAC+. We all know Apple says the power usage on the Mac and Mac+ is the same because of some CMOS chips used in the Mac+, but does anyone know the real story??? Also, when setting the +5 volts on the Mac, should it be set to 4.85 or 4.9? I was having problems with the external drive being plugged in with a Micah AT-20 internal drive connected, check the +5, found it at 4.6, so I set it to 4.9, now my system will not work UNLESS the external drive is connected. It is weird that adding power comsumption to a powere supply would change voltages so much. Any ideas? Phil Hunt ..ucbvax!calma!sivax
