[net.micro.mac] SF&I posted to net.sources.mac

As promised, I have posted my SCSI Disk Formatter and Installer (SF&I)
to net.sources.mac.  The posting is binhexed and packited.  The package
contains:
	About SF&I		MacWrite document
	SF&I			The application
	SF&I TMPL's		A set of ResEdit templates for configuring SF&I
	Vanilla Resources	A substitute set of SF&I resources for
				use with a "plain vanilla" SCSI disk
The package does *not* contain the SCSI driver source, because it is
Copyright Apple.  I asked Apple, and they said "Don't post it."
