This may be a silly question (I know nothing about electronics) but: I just noticed in an Apple ad that the SIMM boards for a MacPlus have nine (9) chips per board. It seems to me that 32 256k bit chips equal one megabyte, not 36 chips. What is the extra chip (per board) for? Bob S.
