According to 29 September 86 InfoWorld:

Lotus has announced a $100.00 rebate for purchasers of Jazz,
which will be in effect until December 31st.  Users qualify
for the rebate regardless of the price they pay an authorized
Lotus dealer.  Users get the rebate by sending to Lotus the
advertised coupon, their dated store receipt, completed Jazz
registration card, and the barcode label from the Jazz
package.
