[] I know this has been discussed, so please reply by mail... I need to know how to add a custom Icon to an application program. I know that the resources involved include BNDL, FREF, ICN# (which holds the actual icon image), and a unique resource named after your application. I tried copying and modifying all of the above from another application, and then rebuilding the desktop, but my application still had the generic icon. I would appreciate any mail describing the "best" method of adding a custom icon. Also, what is the best way of "saving" the icon related stuff and putting it back in when you recompile the application? Just copy those resources into a file and paste them back with ResEdit when you are ready to release it? If you have some answers, thanks in advance for your help. If you need the same answers yourself, send me mail and I will fill you in on what I learn.
