To the person with the switcher "out of space" problem: turn off the
disk cache from the control panel; it hogs too much memory for use
with switcher in a 512k machine.
In response to werner's complaints about Macwrite: macwrite 4.5 is a
dog. Go back and use version 2.2; it doesn't laser print, but it's
fast and rock solid. Better yet, switch to Microsoft Word. It, too,
is extremely solid, and it certainly grows on you. (I never thought
I'd need the mail merge ability, until I used it to send out letters
to all my congressmen!) Word only crashed on me once, when I was
using a single-sided disk formatted as a double; but I just opened the
"rescue" files, and (almost!) all my work was saved.
