[net.micro.mac] File transfer between DEC Rainbow and Mac

A friend's company bought several Mac+ machines, and they're trying to 
transfer Lotus 1-2-3 datafiles to the Macs from a DEC Rainbow, using Polycom 
(sp?).  It isn't working.  Can anyone provide info as to how to transfer the 
files correctly?
