The Inside Mac documentation on external file systems is a bit sketchy. Maybe I just missed it, but what about the following... 1. You have to fabricate your own drive queue elements. What do you use for a driver reference number? 2. What about calls that bypass the File Manager and go directly to the driver (like when the Finder requests the driver's icon)? 3.
