[mod.std.c] reposting digests V7 #3 to #5

I've found out that there was a big hole in the net the
first time I posted digests of the seventh volume #3 to #5.
I just sent cancel messages for the original postings and now
I'm reposting those digests, with "(repeat)" appended to the
subject line.
