[net.misc] Obliterate North Dakota Now

henry (01/15/83)

Our most pressing problems obviously are the following:

	1. The well-known evil influence of North Dakota. Alas, it
is clear that the place exists -- and shouldn't.

	2. The uncertainty of the effectiveness of the dense-pack
		basing concept for MX.

I propose, uh, killing two birds with one stone. Clearly, the thing
to do is to run a full-scale live-warheads field test of dense-pack
in North Dakota.

Preferably when I'm on vacation, i.e. outside the fallout track.

There is no need to entrench "dense pack" or any other inanities
within the boundaries of North Dakota in order to ensure its destruction.
Good/Evil influences aside, I'm sure that the missiles already aimed
at the hundreds of Minuteman missiles already there will do the job
quite nicely.
