Robert Snyder (floyd!rjs) erroneously states that NYC has no NetNews sites. I can name two quickly -- cmcl1 and cmcl2 -- the Courant Mathematical Computing Laboratory machines numbers 1 and 2.Courant Institute is NYU's graduate math&comp.sci. school. There must be several other university sites as well, possibly including any of Yehiva University, Columbia, Rockefeller University, New York Poly, any number of divisions of NYU, and possibly one or two other research organizations.
