Thank you for supplying a list of possible subject matter. I'll
add my two cents (for what it's worth).

Is there a soul? If so does it have properties? If so what are they?
There is a soul. It is what we call the mind.

What is Artificial Intelligence (or Cognitive Science) and who is
working in it (and who isn't)?
Government and its many bureaucratic branches. 

Why do people write articles to the net and what do they hope to gain
from it?
People (and others) write to the net to express themselves
with a little anonymity. A lot of netters are identified only
by their paths and logins allowing a sort of hit and run approach
to presenting ideas. Incidentally, what are net users called?

Does true altruism exist?
No comment.

Does North Dakota exist? (have you ever been there? do you know anyone
who has? evidense?)
Now that you mention it...
As long as you're talking states, why North and South whatever when
there are so many interesting things they could have named them.
It"s like naming your children Jr. (No offense intended to those
people who are Jr.s or 3rds or whatevers.

What is the relationship between the objective universe and the
perceived universe?
Does it matter.
What is the relationship between Judaism and Christianity? (note this
may be too hot for this net)
No comment except  to express a feeling of amusement about
the contradictions within many religions that I perceive.

Is Ronald Regan a good president?
I don't know. I never heard of him. I always thought Reagan won.

Does anyone besides me exist?
No. You are the only one that exists and the rest of us
are mere figments of your imagination.
