compiled directory referred to below, the results will be posted
to net.college; if that is not possible, the results will be

Willis Johnson of Reed College has mentioned that he intend-
ed this newsgroup to be a clearinghouse for college-related in-
formation. He also mentioned his affiliation with one of the
newspapers here at Reed College. Putting two and two together, I
have decided to collect information on college/university newspa-
pers that are in some way linked to the net. If you are the edi-
tor or copy editor or whatever of a college/university newspaper,
please fill out the form below and MAIL it to me at
...!tektronix!teklabs!reed!bred. I will collect the information
and post it in a couple of weeks. Hopefully the collection of
this information will aid the various newspapers in trading in-
formation and articles.
Another note: if there is something in your local college
newspaper that would be of sufficient interest to the
college/university community, AND IF there are no copyright prob-
lems involved in posting the article to the net, please POST it,
along with appropriate credits; it might be possible to reprint
articles in other newspapers (provided there are no copyright
problems). The Reed College Quest has already printed a submis-
sion to net.poems!
