The last posting to mod.motss was dated 5 Dec 1984. Perhaps because of the
recent lack of flames in net.motss, as well as the inconvenience and
confusion surrounding posting and replying to moderated newsgroups
for netnews versions before 2.10.2, the traffic in mod.motss simply isn't
appearing--there are no large black holes swallowing posted articles.
This is neither good nor bad to my mind. The newsgroup is alive but dormant.
Should people feel a need for it in preference to net.motss, articles can
always be posted to bbncca!motss.
