[net.misc] Center of the World AND North Dakota

Maybe Berkeley is the center of the world, but I kind of figured it
must be in the Rathskeller at the University of Wisconsin Union.

But anyway, there seems to be some agreement that South Dakota is in
the middle of NOWHERE and that North Dakota must be off to the side.
