The patches for rn that come with the 2.10.3 BETA 3/19/86 do not have a patchlevel change in them but other patches may depend on their changes. This means either another file must be made and kept with a flag about these or ....? I'm not sure of how to resolve this since not everyone is running 2.10.3. Any suggestions or was this talked out before and I just missed it. If your 2.10.3 rn patches are the same as the ones I got, they are
included in Patch #29 that Larry Wall sent out last week.
