[net.wanted.sources] pseudo code tools

I would like to find out about public domain programs that facilitate working 
with psuedo code.  The kind of tools I have in mind would do formatting,
structure, and syntax checking of the pseudo code.  If you have or know of any 
such goodies, please let me know via a mail message.  Our only access to the 
net is via a gateway.
