Does anybody out there have a decent Phase of the Moon routine (actually, it'd probably have to be a set of routines - it's a hairy problem)? What I'm looking for is a routine, preferably in C though I can probably translate anything in Lisp, that will take the time/date in some reasonable format and return the phase of the moon and the time since that phase was entered. Please respond by mail before sending me the code, so I won't get multiple copies. Also send me mail if you would like a copy; I will post to the net if there is sufficient interest.
