[net.wanted.sources] Public-domain version of EMACS

Does anyone have a public-domain version of EMACS, preferrably one which runs
under Sys V?  Alternately, does anyone know whether or not such a thing exists
at all?  Any help, clues, pointers, or info would be appreciated.
