Ok, now I have terminfo. (Thanks mod.sources!) How do I convert
all of the terminals that I have collected over the years from the
years from the termcap database to the terminfo database?

Does anyone have a termcap to terminfo conversion program?
I got 2 requests for the program if I got one.

There were some simple sed and ex scripts included with System V (/usr/src/lib/libcurses/terminfo/cvt*) that do this conversion. They're really just dumb edit scripts.
