[net.wanted.sources] Need man page source for libPW.a routines

Before I go ahead and write them myself, does anyone out there have
or know of a source for the {nt}roff-able man pages for the routines
in libPW.a? Please reply by mail.

If you also want them, let me know.  I'll post anything to the net that
I get or write,  given sufficient interest.
