[net.wanted.sources] IEEE DSP programs-C sources

Apparently there are some IEEE approved (recommended?) digital 
signal processing programs, which *everyone* (<sarcasm) has
heard of, and which were originally written in Fortran.  If 
anyone has rewritten these in C, send them to me. Also, *any* 
DSP programs in C, particularly concerning digital filter design
and filter coefficient calculation, are of interest.

Our purpose is to create a DSP package on a Motorola VME-10 under
VERSADOS, for which we have a C compiler.  Besides, who likes Fortran?
