[net.wanted.sources] Raster File from Tek 4014 Instructions

I am looking for a program which will translate Tektronix 4014 graphics
instructions into a raster image in memory or on disk.  (Given this, I
can filter it to our Anadex DP-9625A printer.)  I already have several
fonts available in vfont(5) format.
