[net.wanted.sources] Need program to generate digests from mail

I need a program to generate nice digests from a bunch of mail files.  This
program should strip extra junk from the headers and leave only Date:,
From:, Subject:, and To:.  A summary of subjects should be produced and
centered at the top of the output, followed by a line of "-".  Each mail
message should follow, separated by a shorter line of "-".  See any digest,
such as "fa.telecom" for an example.
