I am looking for graphics software/packages for the DEC Rainbow, both public domain and commercial packages, to support a wide variety of faculty projects here at RIT. Of particular interest would be animation software, presentation graphics packages, plotting packages and MacPaint-like software. The users of this software may be relative computing novices so ease of use is a concern (so is cost!). So far, the graphics software I've seen for the Rainbow has been way below par (even for a micro) and did not take advantage of the graphics chip set in the Rainbow. Thanks for your help.
