A while back someone posted a load-control package to net.sources
that would work wonders on loaded UN*xes. Can anyone give me the address of
the person(s) that posted the package originally?
PLEASE do not send the sources - just say you have it or that you
know where to get it. I will select the closest-by person who responds to
