[net.wanted.sources] 6502 assembler found

*** THIS LINE IS NOT BLANK ***

Hello again,

I recently posted an article here looking for a 6502
assembler. John Van Ornum was kind enough to send me what looks like a
very nice one in the form of three shell archive files. Together they
come to a little less than 50K bytes. The package includes some manual
pages and a test file and was *very* easy for me to get up and running
on our 4.2bsd system. I have not, however, tested it very extensively
yet.
What all of this is leading up to is that during the time I was
waiting for the assembler several people sent mail saying "No, I don't
have one but would you let me know what you find?" I managed to loose a
couple of these replys - - 3.5 years on this silly system and I still
have a pretty good chance of fat fingering my way to oblivion. John
has graciously given me permission to distribute the package sooooo --
if you are interested in getting a copy, send me a note even if you
have done so before and I'll send the files to you as quick as I can.
Try to do so soon since I'll be off in Minnesota for the summer and
won't be anywhere near the net 'til September.
