	But then wasn't there some primary in New Hampshire that 
had sucessfully predicted every presidential election for 150
years or something like that? George Bush won that one. Just shows 
that you can't trust trends like this.

Actually, the prophesy about Reagan has already come true.
We simply noticed that the pattern from 1840-1960 has had the President-elect
dying in office.  Perhaps the pattern is simply being shot at, of which
being shot at and killed is merely a special case.

It was Dr. Matrix, thru Martin Gardners Scientific American column, who
first claimed to noticed this pattern, and the surprising similarities in
Kennedy and Lincolns' assassinations.
