[net.wanted.sources] C-Kermit 4C

Are there any plans to post the latest version of C-Kermit
in net.sources?  I recall a ruckus last time C-Kermit was
distributed -- it appeared at least twice and there were
some flames.  Perhaps a piecewise distribution in mod.sources?
