Can someone out there tell me if rogue is public domain? Many of us here play
it feverishly and we would LOVE to have the sources to super rogue.
Does anyone out there have those sources? Are we permitted to copy it?
Any info would be greatly appreciated....

The name also shows a trademark symbol next to it, therefore, it seems unlikely that Rogue is public domain software.
