[net.wanted.sources] Wanted: make augmented for RCS

Where can I get the enhancements to "make" for RCS, as described in the
recent _Software_Practice_&_Experience_ article?  We have a Pyramid 90x
with both BSD4.2 and SysV.  If anyone has used this enhanced make, please
let me know how you got it and how well it worked.
