[net.wanted.sources] SWTIP Turbo Sources

I took the distribution of SWTiP in turbo off of mod.sources, Apparently
it got munged somewhere along the way here. The file SHELL.PAS contains
this line in my copy:

{shell.pas}

            STR:=CONCAT(STR,e if str = 'ENTAB' then entab

I checked the Turbo Manual and CONCAT should have the following args 
passed to it CONCAT(string1,'target',[string2]) (This is from memory
so I could be wrong about the exact arguments it wants) 
  If anyone has a working copy of shell.pas and would be willing to send
me a copy of it Please let me know.

Sorry, it arrived HERE like that.  I don't have "turbo pascal" so I had no
way to try it out.  I have tried to contact the author to get a fresh copy
of shell.pas, but have not gotten a response yet.

Please, if anyone has the fix for this, send it to me, and I will post the
fix to mod.sources!
