[net.wanted.sources] ASCII conversion programs

I'm looking for ASCII conversion programs for various word
processingrogra, particularly a good one for WordStar,
and Micro Soft's Word -- but not limited to these.

If anyone has any of these conversion programs, or knows
where I can get them, I'd really appreciate you contacting
via E Mail.  I would beg, borrow, or steal to getthese 
programs-- and as a last resort, even purchase them!  Oh, yes
I need them particularly for MS-DOS, but would not turn down
conversion programs written for CP/M.
