[net.wanted.sources] Wanted: pointers to good C libraries for PC

mdf0@bunny.UUCP (Mark Feblowitz) (12/19/85)

I am looking around for pointers to good C utilities libraries for the
PC (really a Compaq 286) running MS-DOS 3.1. I would appreciate pointers
to both public domain and commercial sources. (I hate to write something
that's already been written). Thanks in advance.

...Another tip-toe forward for modern research...

For a couple of months running, there were rather complete reviews
of commercial C libraries in "PC Tech Journal". I don't remember the
dates for sure, but I believe they were between Aug and Nov '85.
