[net.music] Brian Eno's Influence over Talking H

I also agree, that in the case of the Talking Heads, Eno's
infulence is overstated. I think that the author of that article
may have gotten carried away because Eno was so crucial in may
other cases or, as with the Talking Heads and David Bowie,
exerted such a strong influence. But like Bowie, Byrne is a complete
artist in his own right who would have made it even if Eno had nothing to do
with it. Eno, as usual, was more a catalyst, helping the Talking Heads
to extrapolate and elaborate on thier own unique vision.

P.S. I hate stadium concerts too.
