I do not understand why Michael Turner wants articles centered. Some quirk of his news-reading program must make indentation more pleasant. (He seems to be a notes user.) I will not indent my articles. I am sure that the extra characters annoy people on slow terminals. Why introduce a slight overhead (more characters transmitted) for a negative payoff (substantial portion of community inconvenienced)?
