LHC is primarily a resort town of about 10,000.  If you are into 

   water sports (the house is less than 3 miles from 2 marinas),
   desert activities (less than 5 minutes to the edge of the city
      and various 4-wheel drive areas), 
   fishing (LHC has some of the best bass fishing on the Colorado River),

   golfing (2-18 hole, 1- 9 hole),

   gambling (free bus rides are available to Laughlin, Nevada every day; 
   or just a 60-minute drive:  Las Vegas is less than a 3-hour drive), 

   or just enjoying peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets with 
   very mild winters (average daytime temp in winter ~70 degrees), 

   this is it!!

This house is currently owned outright by my in-laws, who have decided that
   their house in Sedona AZ is more than enough, and would like to
   delete the LHC property from their real estate portfolio.  
   They are interested in ANY kind of deal imaginable (or ANY kind of trade).

They are asking $55,000 (they own it outright, and are willing to be
VERY imaginative with financing and/or trading for ???).
