As far as I know, there is no evidence that any baby formula, when properly used, was inadequate. There was a problem with salt added to baby foods several years ago, but this practise has stopped. On the other hand, drugs and pesticides that have been banned as unsafe in the US, as well as "expired" drugs are marketed to 3rd world countries, (and to Canada!). After all, a poor peasant isn't going to sue, and it sure helps the population problem if a few of them die!
