The MACSYMA Newsletter is available from the MACSYMA group at Symbolics.
It is published quarterly and currently contains sections on Q&A from
MACSYMA users, programming discussions and aids, information on new
releases, applications of MACSYMA to real problems and advertisements
for those who offer MACSYMA consulting services. If you would like to
read a complimentary copy or offer a contribution to the newsletter
please let me know.

If it doesn't contain any proprietary or licensable material, how about
someone (anyone) sending it out on the net?

Advantages: low reproduction cost, wide distribution, easy discussion
