Hi, please forgive if this is posted to the wrong group. I am interested to know if my current problems with Symbolics Inc are common. I ordered Macsyma in November, but because of some problems with licensing and pre-payment I only received the tape last week. When I installed Macsyma.309 I found that there were several files missing, so I called to find out about it and was told that they knew of the problem and a patch tape would be ready in ABOUT 5 WEEKS !! I called back several times to try to complain but each time ended in telephone tag. Has anyone had any bad dealings with Macsyma and Symbolics or is this an isolated case??
