[net.math.symbolic] Need reference to algorithm for symbolic polynomial division

We are looking for some references for a reasonably efficient polynomial
division algorithm.  We are actually dividing boolean equations
which are known to be in sum of products format.  I imagine this is a 
fairly standard problem for you folks,  but this is not my field.
