<Stomp!> This is not mine. I am posting this for a friend, but if you want to send mail to him, send it to me and address it to "Tom Hall." I am not responsible for the contents of this message. ------------------------------------------------------------------ To all and sundried who may be contemplating/have already made the purchase of the CORCOMP double-density controller: It would appear that, besides the fact that the controller does not now, and never will, work with the FOUNDATION 128K card, the controller also has problems functioning with CORCOMP's own RS232 card... so much so that CORCOMP feels constrained to warn purchasers of the controller that if they experience problems in getting the controller to work, and they happen to have a CORCOMP RS232 card attached, removal of the latter "should" cause the controller to work... This warning appears in the users manual which comes with the card. Tom Hall -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ C. J.
